*At least US$100 must be paid befor July 31,2005, if you expect your
full paper collected in CD-ROM.
Full registration fee includes participation in all technical sessions,
a proceeding (Abstracts), a proceeding in CD-ROM, a welcome reception,
four lunches, a banquet, refreshment breaks, one-day local tour.
Please note that one person registered could only present one paper
orally.
